Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipment:

    • If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  2. After Shipment:
    • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product once it is delivered following our return policy below.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include personal care items, opened or used products, and custom or personalized items.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@spiritualls.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  4. Shipping Costs:
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Refunds:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  6. Late or Missing Refunds:
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@spiritualls.com.
